We've made it simple to synchronize PackMan with your QuickBooks data.  Our "QuickBooks Sync Center" updates both programs on a schedule, or with a single push of a button.

Import vendors and customers from QuickBooks

Keep financial controls where they belong.  Accounting personnel maintain essential business items in QuickBooks, and this data can be selectively shared with PackMan users.

Create purchase orders in PackMan, then send to QuickBooks

Operations personnel can cut purchase orders to approved vendors, and the front office always knows what's been issued.


Detailed bids become the basis for future invoices

Prepare bids based on available inventory; add line items for labor, shipping, and expendables.  Attractive output includes optional cover letter and terms document.  Send to printer, or email directly as PDF attachment.

Bids can be converted instantly to invoices, then modified as necessary to reflect the realities of the completed event.  Bids are typically generated from PackMan and invoices through QuickBooks, but the choice is yours.
